Things I’m struggling with:

• Exercising daily.
• Fitting into my clothing.
• My morning routine.
• The balance on my credit cards.
• A business that hasn’t seen growth in two years.
• My confidence as a homeschooling parent.
• Not judging myself.
• Loving myself unconditionally.
• Relationships with my old friends.
• Creating new friendships.
• Growing a business in a new city and province.
• Being a solo parent more often.
• Sharing a home with my parents.
• Hip pain.
• Back pain.
• Endometriosis pain.
• Chronic pain for decades.
• Working enough.
• Working too much.

Things I’m grateful for:

• Exercising daily, as often as possible.
• Fitting into my clothing, even though I’m buying one size up.
• My morning routine, which changes daily but always starts with Thank you for this gift of another day.
• The balance on my credit cards, because that means I have excellent credit.
• A business that hasn’t seen growth in two years, which provides opportunities for massive growth over the next two.
• My confidence as a homeschooling parent, because I’m learning that traditional education isn’t for every child.
• Not judging myself, and choosing to focus on #selflove daily.
• Loving myself unconditionally.
• Relationships with my old friends because those will last forever.
• Creating new friendships because I love meeting new people.
• Growing a business in a new city and province, because I can be of service to so many new people.
• Being a solo parent more often, because that means our family can live on Vancouver Island.
• Sharing a home with my parents, which is an incredible gift of TIME together.
• Hip pain, that reminds me to do more yoga.
• Back pain, that reminds me to keep moving.
• Endometriosis pain, that reminds me that I was able to carry a child to term.
• Chronic pain for decades, which gives me perspective when my clients are suffering.
• Working enough to pay the bills
• Working too much when I have time to myself and get into the zone.

Which one would you choose? Struggle or gratitude? All it takes is a shift in a few words and it creates a completely different perspective.
